|Recommended: YesI'm Very Pleased — Only lived here 2 months. It's better then I thought. We were downsizing and this is a very well designed house for our purposes. Maybe we are lucky to have quiet and good neighbors. It seems so easy to adjust to our new neighborhood and the location is perfect for my wife and I. I'm particular about smells, bugs and noise and we have none of these obstacles so far.and the GreenBriar staff have helped make our transition here very nice.

|Recommended: YesExtremely Satisfied — I cannot express how happy I am with the townhomes maintenance worker. Due to my busy schedule I slacked with submitting work orders for things needed done. Today I submitted 6. I came home and within 2 hours of submitting for help, he had everything fixed Mind you, he's the only maintenance worker here Thank you so so much I am so happy right now

|Recommended: YesMy Wife And I Love Our Place — My wife and I just moved to Greenbriar in April, and we love it. The maintenance requests are answered promptly and the grounds are great. Everyone is very friendly and we love it. We've been told we're hard to please, and Greenbriar has done a great job of pleasing us. Thanks
|Recommended: YesSafe, Friendly, Quick Response, Oragized — If you're willing to pay a little bit more for a happy home feel, you will definitely get what you pay for here. Nice community tucked just far enough away York city, where all the kids happily and safely play outside, local playground and a mile or two from a big local park. Nice family feel like homes with a thick firewall and nice appliances. main highway for a Regional police station only 3 mins away. and dogs are welcome

|Recommended: YesA Wonderful Place To Call Home — The townhomes are well maintained, both inside and out. The office and maintenance staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. The communication from the lessor to the lessees is outstanding. The trash and recycling subcontractors performance is excellent. The grounds maintenance subcontractor is outstanding. There was an event this winter where the snow removal subcontractor was not adequately staffed with employees and equipment to perform during an eventful snow. Although there was a delay in the removal of the snow, management quickly subcontracted with another vendor. The tenants were notified immediately and provided timely status updates. While waiting for the new contractor to mobilize, the onsite maintenance staff for Greenbriar worked diligently to help with the snow removal effort. The community is quiet with respectable neighbors.

|Recommended: YesIt Is A Very Clean And Well Managed — My husband and I enjoy living here. It is a quiet and friendly place. I love the spacious townhouse and openness of the rooms. The staff are great and willing to answer any questions or concerns. We have had no problems with our home and don't regret moving here. We really love living here.

|Recommended: YesClean, Safe, Efficient, And Family- Friendly. — I have lived here for over 3 years and in 2 different units. Our first unit had a flooding problem - this was a structural enviro issue, and we finally took management up on their offer to move us to a different unit. Besides this, we have had an excellent experience. Eileen has always been kind and helpful. Mr. Jim, the maintenance manager has gone elsewhere, and we miss him But the new maintenance crew seems efficient and friendly too. The neighborhood is so quiet at night, you could hear a pin drop. It is safe enough for my 9 year old to roam around on his bike and walk around the neighborhood with his friends. The grounds are well maintained, always clean. GBE could use more outside amenities besides the 1 playground, but it sounds like WPM is working on that. Some of the rules are pretty strict, but for the good of the gander I suppose. I can see both sides. The inside of the homes are well designed, large kitchen, lots of storage space. I have recommended 2 of my colleagues to move in here, and they like it too. If you're looking for a busy, bustling neighborhood that's close to everything and you'll be BFFS with your neighbors, this is NOT the place for you. But if you like peace and quiet, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency, you may just love it.
