|Recommended: YesBest Rental We've Ever Lived In Multiple States Included — Greenbriar Estates York is the best townhome rental community my family has resided at in our 9 years of renting. The property and maintenance staff is by far the most professional we have yet to deal with. With all of the stresses of the current housing market, the peace of mind having mature adults run a facility is priceless. We are grateful to have found this community in York, Pa. Greenbriar Estates is quiet, clean, and well maintained. Finally, I was not given any sort of discount on my rent for making this review scout's honor .

|Recommended: YesEnd Of Residency — Eileen, Donny and Nicholas are the staff members that we dealt with during our residency for 3 years. Elieen is one of the most personable professional property managers we ever had the pleasure of working with. She ran a tight ship and was absolutely on top of any issues. She is easy to talk to and will do anything in her power to resolve any issues you may have. We enjoyed her management style and stern but fair decisions. She consistently made improvements and addressed all problems in the community.
Nichols was the head maintenance staff, he was fun to watch scurrying about the property from one call to the next. He dealt with the main issues that would arise on the property and responded promptly to emergency calls.
Donny was the second maintenance staff on the property. Donny always had one of the greatest attitudes when dealing with members of the community. Donny is always eager to assist you with any and all issues with your home. He always fixed things the first time around and when it was anything he was unable to do, he made shore the proper person was notified. If they could clone anyone it should be Donny.
The grounds are always well maintained despite the challenging battle to have some of the worst repeat offenders clean poop from the ground left by their dog. No matter how many times emails was dispatched by the property manager, there were always lazy people who want their dogs but shirk the responsibility that comes with keeping them on the property.
Over all, 100 recommend Greenbriar York PA as an outstanding place to live.

The leasing office holds events all throughout the year really making the residents feel appreciated. Donnie and Nic are great too and maintenance requests are responded to in a quick manner Not to mention, the grounds are kept impeccable. I would recommend Greenbriar Estates to anyone
