|Recommended: YesA Clean, Nice Place To Live — We found Greenbrier Estates because we were currently building a house and needed to lease for a year. After viewing the well maintained grounds and meeting with the leasing office, I knew this would be a nice place to live. The grounds are well maintained. There is never any trash in the grass or roadway areas because they come around on a golf cart and clean up. Maintenance is responsive and fixes issues in a timely manner. All the neighbors are very nice. They offer garages and tons of storage. This really benefited us in our situation because we needed a lot of storage after moving out of our house. Overall, I've enjoyed living here and would recommend to others.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice Community To Be Apart Of — I love living in the townhouses at Greenbriar. Neighbors are very welcoming and helpful. Staff is always helpful and get things taken care of for you in a timely manner. We are very excited to start our next step at our new townhouse.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Place — Haven't lived here long but so far we really like it. It's quiet, clean and I feel very safe here. The maintenence is very responsive and takes care of issues quickly. The home are small but nice and easy to take care of.

And neighbors Well, either they’re kind or friendly, or they keep to themselves. Either way, this is a beautiful place to live. I recommend it fully.

|Recommended: YesNice And Quiet. — I haven't lived in an apartment since I was in my 20's. I am now downsizing in retirement and was looking for a place with a garage and would also allow my pet cat. Greenbriar Estates met all those requirements. I also didn't want to hear a lot of noise, and so far, it is very quiet.
