1. Average gross monthly income must be greater than or equal to three times the amount of monthly rent
2. Current employment and/or sufficient income is required and verified
3. A satisfactory rental or mortgage history is required and verified
4. Criminal Background check is required
5. Receipt of a satisfactory investigative consumer report.
